Essential conditions for 2026
- Hold a four-year bachelorâs degree or a masterâs degree and apply from Master 2 level.
- Be no older than 30 under the campaign dates and have an average grade of at least 80/100.
- Not receive another scholarship; some nationality, residence or family situations are ineligible.
- Incomplete applications or applications submitted after the deadline will not be reviewed.
